Before going on to say “The big savings can be made when building complicated itineraries, perhaps where a series of flights is involved, or where tickets have been bought individually. This is where a clever agent can use industry knowledge to undercut elements booked separately. Savings can be as much as 20 to 30% on the total cost.”
